Childbirth Education Course

I offer a one-on-one childbirth education course for us to get to know each other, and to provide you with in-depth knowledge for your upcoming labor + birth journey. We'll meet for two - 3 hour sessions where we dive into education to best prepare you for your upcoming experience, while also working through hands on coping techniques, optimal positioning and movements to best support you in the journey to meeting your little one.
