Walking Through Pregnancy and Birth Together
From the moment we connect, my desire is for you to feel fully supported and never alone in this journey of yours. Here’s what it looks like to walk through pregnancy and birth together:
Connection
We begin by getting to know each other (over coffee of course) and as much as you're willing to share, I am looking forward to hearing your hopes, your fears, and your desires for your birth. This is a space where you can be fully yourself, ask questions, and feel truly heard from the very beginning.
Preparation
During your pregnancy, we spend time together talking through what matters most to you, such as your birth preferences, any questions, or anything you may be unsure about. We dive deep into birth education so you feel the most prepared as possible, and as we practically prepare for your birth I desire for you to feel as confident and at peace as you can be.
Birth and Immediate Postpartum
As labor nears, we stay in close contact so when you feel it's time, I'm there to support you continuously emotionally and physically offering individualized encouragement, support, and a steady presence. Once baby arrives, I'm there to offer immediate postpartum support to answer any questions or simply help with the sweet new transition of you meeting your new little one.
How I Can Support You
Compassionate, continuous support that is tailored for you throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum to help you feel cared for, confident, and always supported in your precious birth experience.

2-3 prenatal visits (including a home visit) as we chat through any questions or fears, discuss your most important birth desires and preferences, dive into birth education so that you are most prepared for your experience, and practice optimal positioning to best prepare for your labor and birth

Ongoing support and communication throughout pregnancy

Continuous, devoted support during labor and birth, with no time limits once I arrive

Comfort measures, physical positioning, and emotional support throughout labor

Support and preparation for your partner as you desire

Up to 2 hours immediate postpartum support once baby arrives

One 2 hour postpartum home visit to check in and process your experience as we wrap up our sweet time together
